your plan for penny is also great, but when i saw her i just knew that i had to go with nemona! i honestly enjoyed her interactions a lot more than i thought i would during both of my playthroughs, she's just such a refreshing take on the rival archetype by being someone who's already reached the top, and pushes you to become stronger and reach her level
her outfit is a perfect match for her scarlet version, even down to the smaller details! and spiral is an obviously perfect choice to match her energy/passion, she's just gonna look absolutely perfect when you get her!
