After her mother, Burningsky, left the clan and joined the Arcanist's forces, a young Dusky was left behind. Her father was kind, but Dusky was plagued by the hole left by her missing mother - who eventually fell in battle. Driven by all of this, Dusky has joined the Icewarden's forces, working as an overseer of dragons training to serve. She has a hard unemotional exterior, but on the inside, she's wracked with anxieties and insecurities about her duty and her strength - when she's alone, her troubled, cowardly side shines through. She regrets the path she chose... is it too late to turn back?

In the dark of night, she decides it isn't, and disappears, leaving her position vacant. Now, she's travelling away from all she's known to escape the emptiness inside her heart. Maybe she will find something to fill it on her travels.

Dusky spent some time among The Icebound, making new friends with the local Undertides, and even a new traveling companion, Alexander!

Brilliant Primary Feathers

Dusky was a hatchling I chose to keep after I had made up my mind to sell Burningsky and Winterberry. Winterberry was never sold and thus I kept him, but Burningsky did, only to promptly be exalted.
