Biography

Laima
Frigid Pride

───────────────

"I am good, but I can be better. Self-improvement is the key to satisfaction, and thus happiness."

Laima is a composed dragon, but beneath those pearlescent scales is a drive to improve herself, especially her skills. She wishes to conquer Sornieth's art world through her landscape paintings, in both variety and skill.

───────────────

Clouddancer Hide
Laima is a cold dragon who embraces that frigid side of hers, incredibly cool and collected in nearly all situations. Filled with creative poise, her movements and words are all draped in elegance, like brilliant primary feathers and trailing tails. Although she keeps many at a distance, her warmer moments are in how her orders include others as recipients. Or her statements, should one be too rebellious in the face of her imperiousness.

The first of Charming and Zamzi's first nest, Laima grew up wanting for very little in life. She was alone by choice, finding it easier to spend her company amongst nature than loud hatchlings. Although she was studious, she took to the arts like a cloud to the sky. Plein air painting was her specialty, and she grew up with more of her neighbors as they found themselves to be fellow artists who were peacefully quiet mid-brush stroke. Laima never spoke of her quiet happiness to them or her parents, but those who knew her well enough could see the telltale glint in her eyes after such sessions.

Strangers will say that Laima's choice to journey to the Tangled Wood is a mystery. Her allies know better. Laima is not content to let her skills plateau, and many of her paintings are daytime ones. Where better to train further than the land of the Shadowbinder? After making her plans, she does not waste time. She soars.
