whoops all peppino

- second fake peppino fandragon made as of 18/03/23
(technically had the scry for him at the same time as pep but only went ahead with him on the 18th)
- sixth peppino overall counting all the reals at the time
- currently the only fake peppino fandragon not named "fakepeppino"

> might rename to "onippeP" after a bit i just want him to show up with all the other peps :)

> as such he can manipulate his shape pretty easily. he probably looked like a weird obelisk/spiral hybrid during the boss fight, and eventually settles in the more spiral-like form afterwards

....i may try and find a nice looking g1 or aether that could work for the chase phase version... i dunno
