Well-read in the structures of governance and ancient civilisations, even-tempered Auric is the Library's sole Diplomat. With Mistral's blessing, he travels the expanses of Sornieth hoping to recruit its brightest and most talented. A golden owl follows him wherever he goes, serving as both his sentry and messenger.

Auric is known to handle difficult situations with empathy and open-mindedness, making him the ideal candidate to resolve any conflict within the Library.

Since the Library's archaeology team unearthed Vonneor and the indescipherable codex appeared, Auric--has been under pressure from Mistral to seek out those especially versed in lost languages and creatures of myth.
