This Sibling of Sin is a society dragon of the highest echelon - they know everyone who's anyone, and especially knows when someone is no-one at all. Able to keep up two separate conversations at once, Neamhiontaofa is often also speaking from both sides of their mouth as well. As long as you don't trust a word they breathe, you'll be fine. Mostly. While they themselves will not deign to wear clothing, they are most happy to design it and dress others.
