What do you get when you have a dragon born with all the power in the world, and yet, the constitution of a particularly small hamster? The answer, apparently, is an engineer.
Everyone could see that Sozin was born special from the very get-go, with his fiery eyes that marked the blessing of the Flamecaller. And yet, there was nothing else actually notable about him. He didn't possess any extreme strength, powerful magic, or even some special ability that would set him apart from anyone else. Instead, what he did have was a burning (no pun intended) passion for machinery.
From his very recruitment as just a tiny hatchling, Sozin was hell bent on dismantling and reassembling every single piece of machine he could get his claws on. To the point that he had to be strapped with a leg bracelet that would notify personnel if he had somehow made in into the engineering department again. Thankfully, he was able to channel these destructive powers into research and development, and has quickly risen to become one of the youngest primals in the USR.
His personality however, could use some work. As Sozin is a no-nonsense, grumpy imperial dragon with an aura that does not seem suited to his youth. He hates being disturbed, and so it has been highly advised that everyone leave him well alone during most hours of the day. Should anyone need to contact him, they should contact the treasurers. Apparently, they are the only ones he respects greatly enough to put down his work.

Report #003 Curiosity Type: Being Classification: DANGEROUS Report on Subject #0483 Special Containment Procedures The subject is incredibly prone to aggressive behavior, and should remain sealed inside the large translucent crystal vat, where it is to be observed from. The vat itself should be connected to an arcane energy pipeline at all times, so as to sustain the subject. Should there ever come a time where the supply of energy is cut off and the subject powers down, staff should still avoid making any form of contact, as it has been known to 'play dead'. It is also advised that the subject should only be approached in teams of two or more, and that all staff are to keep at minimum ten meters away from the subject. Shadow, Light, and Lightning personnel are forbidden from ever being in the same room as the subject due to its elemental alignment putting them at greater risk of serious injury. Contact the nearest nature element specialist, Agent Barwyn, or Enginner Sozin, should anything out of the ordinary occur. Description Subject #0483 resembles a flying avian of some kind. The likes of which are either fictional, or long since extinct. It is made of a dense yet lightweight metallic alloy of some unknown combination, with a wingspan of roughly 3.2 m (10.4 ft) and a height of 2.8 m (9.1 ft). Despite its massive size, it weighs a mere 13 kg (28.6601 lbs), and can be often seen balancing its whole weight on only one stick-like foot. Every part of it seems to be connected by bronzed ball-joints, which give it an alarming degree of maneuverability. It is unknown how it keeps itself powered, for there is no receptacle on its body for the storage of arcane power. Thus, it can only be assumed that it breathes in the energy, not quite unlike other living beings. Reference To date, the subject has wounded at least five personnel. Two of which were gravely wounded after a botched experiement resulted in the covering of the vat to become cracked, allowing Subject #0483 to pry the lid open using nothing but its beak and attack the two research assistants. However, its usefulness cannot be denied. As the technologies found on the subject have played instrumental parts in the creation of new apparatuses and machinery which run more efficiently than anything we currently have in this technological age.
