Rosie is a specime of the Runic Dragons kind, its adorable aperence makes people belive that it its weak and vulnerable but the researsher --- knows better. Runic Dragons, independent of its looks are absolutely deadly, not by theirselfs though. They are always accompanied by another creature, one that is bigger, darker and certanly scarier, these other creatures are impossible to spot independent of how close u look, unless they wanna be seen they hide in the shadows, always alert, always watching and for the unfortune of the fool ones wich greadness take over and attempt to take the Runic Dragon, the crature in the shdows main duty is to protect the small dragon. There were very few people that ever survied and encounter with one, but at what price. From incapacitanting injuries and the absolutely terror that takes over their mind at all time, with no rest util the destine of living in a constant nightmare becomes unberable and at amoment of insanity (maybe a brief of sanity) takes their own life to end the fear. Two men talk in a pub, cups of beer at their hands. - "Old --- says he will looks for a Runic Dragon, good luck for him, that men needs it." - "A what?" - "A Runic Dragon your idiot, dont tell me you never heard of them?" - ... "sigth" - I dont pay attencion to those silly little stories alrigth? I aint a kid anymore - "Its not just a story!"- "silly storie, what an idiot". The men mummble."The Runic Dragons are from the breed Snapper and have a very small chance to randomly be born, they are different from regular Snappers, the got runes throught their body and never get older, the people that got to see one says they are pretty cute and no one really knows how the people that looks for them never comes back" - "And the people keep looking for them? Even if they dont know what happens with the people that do? Thats just stupid, if people are disapearing cuz of something its obiously stupid to investigate that". - "Well, there is a reson for that, there are some old books that got traslated that tells how a person that gets a Runic Dragon and take them to these temples, the person gonna be able to make any desire they want and it will come true!" - "... and people belive in that..." - "Its not just a story! The dragons are real and the temples are real and eerybody knows that magic is real, ur just choosing to not belive it." The men looked so done. "And thats whythe old --- is looking for the dragon, his niece is sick and the doc says she doesnt have much time left, His wish is gonna be for her health and all" -"Yeah ur rigth, his gonna need luck, if he comes back..." - "Dont jinx it, for Merlins sake I cant stand u. Bring me another beer ---" |
