Reprise

Reprise was born into the Shadow Flight, a mysterious and reclusive clan of dragons that lived deep within the murky, mist-shrouded marshes. Her parents were both respected members of the clan, known for their cunning and stealth. From an early age, Reprise showed promise as a skilled hunter and fighter, with an almost preternatural ability to blend seamlessly into her surroundings.

However, as she grew older, Reprise began to feel restless, seeking to explore the world outside the Shadow Flight's borders. She ventured further and further into the marshlands, encountering other dragon clans and discovering new landscapes. Her clanmates warned her that the outside world was dangerous and unpredictable, but Reprise was undaunted.

As she journeyed, Reprise became increasingly drawn to the arts of magic and illusion. She experimented with spells and incantations, honing her skills and developing her own unique style. This drew the attention of some of the more powerful dragon mages, who recognized her potential and took her under their wing.

For a time, Reprise thrived among the arcane circles of the dragon world, honing her craft and learning from some of the greatest minds of their generation. However, she soon grew disillusioned with the world of magic, finding it to be a crutch that too often led to arrogance and corruption. She left that life behind and returned to the Shadow Flight, determined to use her skills for the good of her own people.

Now, Reprise is a respected elder of the Shadow Flight, known for her wisdom and her skill in battle. She still ventures out into the wider world from time to time, but always returns to the marshes, where her true heart lies. She is proud to be a part of a shadowy and elusive clan, but even more proud to be a dragon who knows where she comes from and where she belongs.
