Biography

The Alchemist

Of all the clan's dragons, Cromwell spends the most time doing alchemical experiments at Baldwin's Brew. He takes great joy in boiling down different components to make materials, and using them to make the most unexpected of things. He has helped the clan a great deal, fashioning all sorts of items and apparel for everyone to use. However, some are concerned that he takes too much joy in boiling down harmless familiars, and yielding some questionable things. Still, he is kept around because he is extremely good at it. Despite the fact that he may or may not have experimented on a handful of clan members, his usefulness outweighs the negatives.

Cromwell is not insane, and he's hardly a mad scientist, however. He's just extremely ambitious and willing to do a lot of unsavory things to progress his knowledge. In this sense, he is a very dangerous character.

He, Stratus, and Sybil have a very amicable relationship. They are the most science-oriented dragons of the clan, and will rack their brains together for solutions and new projects. Otherwise, Cromwell doesn't have many companions and spends long nights at Baldwin's Brew. Additionally, he is one of those Pearlcatchers who intensely dislikes Imperials.
