Odessa is the Mother of Whimsy who, along with Cedric, built up Clan Whimsy from just the two of them. She is eternally proud of what she's helped build and will always delight in talking about all those who live there. She is especially proud of how transient her Clan is, believing it rings true with the spirit of Wind; this is how she came about the name for the Clan.
As the clan matured she decided that it needed more purpose than just aimless travel. Now Whimsy is a haven for those who are looking for travel, a stepping stone to somewhere new, or as an escape from threat; to stay or to leave is entirely ones' decision.
Aside from being the martiarch of Whimsy, Odessa enjoys dancing and so when stopping by another clan she will frequently show off the dances she's choreographed for herself which have always been highly theatrical.
