Archbishop of The Order of The Illuminated

The Order of The Illuminated is as old as magic itself. Those dragons among its ranks are masters of Light magic, their expertise acquired in part through their faith to The Mother of Dawn - more commonly know as the Light Weaver. Naturally, they are interested in the marble archives. For they believe that it must be the Dawn Mother’s divine creation, a gift of knowledge fit for her followers’ goal of learning. There is no concrete evidence to suggest their theory is true, but like every other theory, there is no evidence that points against it either.

In respect of their beliefs and great power, a peace agreement was signed between them and the city-state long ago; the bishops of the order, especially the Archbishop, have a huge say in archival matters. Dragons from the order are allowed to visit whenever they please and read even the most forbidden texts. The public hardly sees them, but is aware of their governance over the Radiant City.
