Merman Clairvoyance allows Palm to find and observe har target wherever they may be. While the ability is useful, it comes with three requirements. First, the target must be someone Palm has seen with her own eyes before. Second, the ability must be done through Palm's merman statue. If Palm doesn't have her statue with her then the ability can't be used. If something should happen to the statue Palm won't be able to ever use this ability ever again. Third, Palm must feed the merman statue some of her blood. A small price to pay. How exactly an ability like this would be possible through nen can be difficult to wrap one's head around. One might assume Merman Clairvoyance would be a high level emission technique, viewing people from a distance, however, as the only requirement that actually plays a part in helping her nen find people would be having seen them before, then that would mean that. A) Palm attaches her nen onto every person that she sees as soon as she sees them, and, B) That this attached nen never dissipates or leaves her target ever. The best conclusion would be that Palm, an enhancer, has access to specialist-type nen, as no other nen-type properties would give the desired effect. The properties of her specialist nen are likely, "to search out and find." With this specialist-type nen, Palm would be able to find anyone, anywhere, anytime, so long as she follows the set rules for her abilities. After being reborn as a Chimera, Palm's specialist nen developed a new ability, Wink Blue. With it, Palm can watch anyone from anywhere, anytime, just like with Merman Clairvoyance. Unlike with the other, Wink Blue only requires Palm to gaze at someone with only her right eye. When she covers only her right eye, she can spy upon the last three targets she viewed with her right eye. Her sole combat ability, Black Widow, combines her enhancement with manipulation, curling and contorting her hair around her body into a full outfit that covers her near entirely. This hair outfit becomes her armor, like a boxing glove protects someone's fist from feeling the effects of impact, her enhanced hair significantly reduces any and all impacts she would take.
