A mischievous spirit residing in the Starwood forest. Together with her twin brother Shion they follow travelers around and play tricks on them just for the fun of it, or at least for Rion's entertainment - Shion just follows his sister completely unamused by the whole thing. Everyone just wonders why he insists on following his imp of a sister, whenever he's asked he just shrugs and says that it's family business. What this business could even be is a total mystery.

Rion's favorite antics involve pretending they're sphynx-like creatures and asking riddles to the traveling dragons, saying that it's a life-or-death matter and that they won't be able to go through with their journey if they reply incorrectly. Truth is, the riddles Rion asks are either completely stupid and even one-day hatchlings could solve them, or totally metaphorical questions that are impossible to solve. Either way the ending is always the same: Rion laughing and saying "who cares anyway, why would you fall for this ".
