As usual, the Slayer School's most talkative trio filled the hall's atmosphere -- Garnet and his lackies, the bespectacled Reed and small Voltage. Reed stretched and coiled nonstop to the ire of Voltage, who jokingly made a remark about the green dragon being very hyper. Tide chuckled at how Reed lightly conked the Fae's head with his quiver in response, his aqua butterfly wings fluttering indignantly.

Reed is an average teenager of an average upbringing. The only remarkable thing about him would be his incredible friendship with Voltage and Garnet. In fact, him and Voltage became quick friends and followed Garnet just as quickly, creating an oddly genuine friendship.

Students know Reed's arrival when they hear a very talkative high-pitched voice in the background. If he isn't talking, they expect him to shoot a faux arrow (they come with suction cups at the end) at someone's flank before quickly flying away. Voltage, too, uses faux arrows as a prank.

If it wasn't obvious before, it should be noted that he and Voltage are the bestest of best friends. Their jokey arguments quickly become play-fighting.
