The Blight seeks to take control over the dead. Although their necromancing powers are not very developed, its not uncommon to see a member trying to resurrect small creatures to aid them.

Many members are placed in positions of power to attempt to draw the attention away their meddling with the dead. A handful of members are constantly out trying to find and capture emperor dragons to learn how they work. So far they have been unsuccessful and are forced to observe from afar.

They have not yet developed the skill to resurrect dragons yet but the abilities keep growing and larger. Amentet has forbidden the usage of any bodies from dragons or bodies from gravesites no matter the species, but that doesn't stop some members from...speeding up... the process of death on the odd lone crearture.

These powers originally appeared in Amentet and her clutch-mates seemingly out of nowhere. They believed it came from her Ignis descended blood, but nothing has been confirmed about any of her other relatives having these abilities. She and her sister are able to copy a small portion of their power and gift it to members, but dragons gifted power are unable to pass it on.
