Biography

One of the highest ranking dragons in the tribe, Vella is in charge of sending dragons off to the Tidelord and taking care of hatchlings. Besides Mihlos, she is the only dragon allowed to make big decisions, and is often referred to as the second leader. Though she and Mihlos are not mates, they are close, and often spend time making decisions together. The Skydancer is known for singing to hatchlings and those sent from troubled homes, soothing them with sweet songs in a charming voice.
