ABOUT.
Calico's a decent first mate, all things considered. They've got a level head on their shoulders, are on good terms with the rest of the crew, and trusts Seaboard with their life. Despite appearing aloof, they're willing to hear settle crew disagreements and hear out any concerns.

Has a keen, almost concerning interest in explosives and firearms. Being a good shot is another matter entirely.

IMPRESSIONS.
Stands at a 20 degree angle. Says it's got something to do with their sea legs, but that's nonsense. They've just got dragon scoliosis. Always looks sullen and withdrawn. Knows better than you.

PAST.
Grew up in a pirate town and wanted nothing more than to become a deckhand. Actually turned out to be a pretty fine sailor and a better pirate, and got promoted. They're still a bit miffed about that. They like swabbing decks. Harbours an incredible amount of jealousy towards Convoy, the deckhand, and tries not to show it.

CONNECTIONS.
Seaboard: Captain and best friend. Calico trusts her, despite any appearance to the contrary.
Convoy: Deckhand. Convoy replaced Calico when they were promoted against their will so there's some resentment there. Convoy remains oblivious.
