Biography

Like her mate, Hawks is running from something; as a mirror she is well suited to keep doing so. The stained bandages and scars are a testament to whatever she escaped; the most unsettling thing is that the bandages are always freshly stained, no matter how many times she replaces them (and she replaces them often). She is remarkably laid-back about everything but the bandages, in fact; she allows nobody to touch them, not even Flicker.

The fungal blooms on her familiar seem pinker, occasionally, on days when she constantly has to replace her bandages. It may be a coincidence.
