B I O G R A P H Y

Different faiths are often enough to cause ripples among communities. The shame of ideas, the differences of perspectives. People will always find something to wage war, even in times of peace. Utopia is impossible, the only way to have peaceful order, is a controlled chaos. To have a hand in the powers that disrupt and challenge your ideals, is to control a populace with both hands. You raise your own forces, as well as arm the ones you oppose. You are aware of all sides, and you control the outcome of it all.

The Violetwings were the true natives of the land, they were not removed by force, they did not fight. When the Majino tribe arrived, it was with their shared vision that such a relationship was formed. Pestia understood, as did the others. Exsa, was more than just a dragon, she was one that stemmed from their great royal linage. A true descendant of their great god, The Greater One. But. while her people, her relatives may have shared their belief in this older god and the stories to go with it, she was none like them. She was like Nea, an outsider welcomed to observe. Pestia was a believer in the old ways. There are no gods, only dragons and creatures that rise to greatness. Just like a hatchling is their young, who is to say a god is not the next state of their lives, should they live that long? Nea agreed, she was one who sought the light of the sun, and the power it bestowed upon life.

Pestia is one to listen to all, and every tale to extract all of the small truths for a more convincing, and much more accurate retelling of stories. She watches the Blakroks as well as the other clans that traveled with the Majino, as well as the Shadowscales and Brightscales who have long lived beside Violetwings for generations. It was inevitable, this union of their clans, they were always allies. But, to unite under one banner, and to make other arrangements with other clans in lands far beyond their own. . .

That was the story Pestia was really interested in, and one she would soon uncover.

_THE MAJI TRIBE_

____The Maji Tribe are relatively new compared to other villages and smaller clans. Having only formed in recent history they unite under the name of their chief's family name, The Majino. The Maji Tribe were once a collection of nomadic people who would wander from land to land. To those unaware, they would appear no different than wandering beastclans, however, unlike them, they would often find themselves in the passing of other clans, tribes and cities, serving whoever their current masters may be.

When Chang eventually left her home, she would wander into the Plaguelands, only to pass other smaller nations. It's unsure when, or how she first came to speak with the Greater One but it is believed that it was the land she chose to call home that led to some reason, at least partial in his selection. The Maji people would take in any ad every dragon in passing, from the injured and sick to the young and orphaned. Some would call this place home for the rest of their lives, while others would only stay for a while.

Whatever the reason, the clan welcomes all. Be warned however, secrets lurk behind every corner, only to be uncovered by those willing to listen to the darkest shadows lurking. Will you stay and listen, or will you be on your way?

_VIOLETWINGS_

____The Violetwing clan can recount their history far longer than that of the Majino and their time in the lands. It is said they once were exiled from the land of shadows and found their place here. It'd hard to say when, or where exactly, but if anyone was first, it was them. Despite this partial right to the land and the reason to lead, they instead took to instead following Chief Chang Majino.

While the Violetwings are plentiful, there is a single branch of the family that remains in charge. Jinro continues to lead the family in all important matters while their lifelong mate, Chamisuul continues to keep them in check making sure that any choices are not just done for the benefit of their family and bloodline, but their entire clan as well.
