Lilith

From the beginning, Lilith could not escape her lineage. For her sake, she tries to hide it. Yet it is woven into her DNA, her skin, her soul.

She was born with magic swirling inside of her, a mixture of arcane magic... and Shade magic. She struggled to control both even as a child, and the harsh not-so-subtle whispers around her sparked shame and anger for something she did not ask for. The magic seeped out of her claws, dark already from how much raw magic was inside of her. The Arcane and the Shade were at war inside of her, and it caused her emotional, physical, and spiritual pain, much like the lineage before her.

She spent the better part of a year roaming Sornieth, afraid to find a place to call "home." When she was sure no other dragons were around, she practiced. She trained her magic relentlessly, first simply aiming to control it, stop it from tainting the land around her.
