Mink

A curious boy raised in the safety of The Eternal Garden, under the watchful eye of not only his mother and father but also his nation's God, Mym. This life of peace and tranquility was all Mink ever knew... but once he began to see beyond the treeline, observing travelers from faraway lands, he soon found himself sick with wanderlust.

Mym, seeing an opportunity, chose Mink to be their advisor. That way, Mink could see what had become of the world beyond and Rowan would have an unbiased opinion on the state of things.
However, Mym was not about to let the child go alone.

They chose Rothaz, one of their most trusted guardians, alongside Cressalia, a longtime loyal follower, to accompany Mink on his journey. Though they were not very familiar with one another, Mink was more than happy to get to make two new friends!


Mink's personality is much like that of his mother, Midna - being more fox-like in nature than cat-like. Few people can tolerate his energy levels, even kids his age and younger struggle to keep up. Though he is very kind and often keen on whatever his friends might be up to, he can be a bit socially unaware and doesn't know when to stop unless you outright tell him to do so.


He is talented in the art of plant-based magic, able to temporarily manipulate a plant's growth for a period of time. He relies heavily on his magical ability for self-defense, much to the dismay of his father, Marcus, who fears a day where Mink's magic is useless in whatever unfortunate situation his son finds himself in.


Because his people, the Beastkin, have been in hiding for so long, many people dismiss Mink's cat-like features as fake and some even outright bully him for it.

• Mink's hair grows extremely fast. Annoyingly so. He keeps it in a braid when it's grown out.
• He can shapeshift into a small cat.
• He is shy and easily flustered around girls his age.
