The Queen of the Dragons.
After the death of the previous rulers, Demise and Enigma, the Luminant Cities were in disarray. The high court was reeling, and chaos was beginning to erupt in the streets about the crowning of their new royalty. Lemmy of the Winter, the court’s head of foreign affairs, was tasked with finding an heir after failed attempts from Ghast resulted in his death. The Council was hesitant as she introduced Kassius. She was only a child, and one not even related to a council member or previous ruler at that. However, they were out of time, and announced a new heir to be chosen to the kingdom.
