Wilt
Hunter
Wilt loved the deep as a hatchling. She saw the creatures that lurked far beneath the waves and decided she would join them. She was young and stupid, foolishly abandoning her parents in favor of a group of anglerfish. Wilt ventured with the group, exploring the darkness with a passion she'd never experienced before. She spent three months with the anglerfish until a frilled shark found them. Her back legs were tragically mangled in the battle but never fully died off. Wilt managed to survive but was abandoned by her adoptive family. She wailed in distress, lost, alone, and wounded. Her upper thigh was still whole. Furious and determined to 'fit in', Wilt carved her remaining legs into fin-shapes. The blood loss made her pass out and she floated to the surface. Stories spread of a strange, mutilated dragon lying in the ocean. Forras and Miran sped over, dragging the guardian onto the shore. They saved her life and Wilt couldn't stand to return to her failure and joined the den.
Wilt is prickly, to say the least. She remains bitter over her failures and has few friendships. Other dragons stay away from the hissing, strange dragon. Wilt can't stand to leave the group though, she can't abandon something else.
