CeruleanCadaver moved to the Viralsect clan on an offer from their prince to resurrect a dragon in exchange for gems. When he arrived, CeruleanCadaver was led to the castle cellar by an Undertide to where the body lay on a cold table. The prince was standing behind the table watching every movement he made.

"I want him fully resurrected. He cannot be just a puppet." The prince spoke.

CeruleanCadaver nodded, "I can do that. Now, let me inspect the subject."

The prince stepped back from the table, still watching intensely.
The body was of a Wildclaw who was filled with sand and looked to have been killed by multiple assailants, perhaps a bandit party.
It took weeks to clean the corpse, sew its wounds closed, and to gather materials to prepare it for the ritual. There was almost always a dragon watching him while he worked and when he wasn't he could swear that the chandelier was.

The day of the resurrection a Mirror dragon joined the prince in the ritual. The body was surrounded by a ring of blue mushrooms and crystals, runes were drawn within the ring and had the body various herbs stuffed inside it. CeruleanCadaver explained that the dragon might not have all its previous memories and its body will be different from the way it was when it was alive. The Mirror shifted nervously while the prince gave a single nod.
CeruleanCadaver responded by striking a wand of wood ablaze with blue fire and lighting the ring. The entire room glowed with intense light and smoke. As quickly as the light started, it was adsorbed into the dragon corpse making it float and reanimate. The dragon twitched and writhed in the air for a moment before collapsing onto the floor.
A blanket of silence covered the room, then the dragon started hacking up burnt plants and whatever else was inside him from the ritual.
The Mirror pounced the resurrected dragon with glee and started rattling off plans about getting some group back together. As CeruleanCadaver was packing up his gear to leave, the prince gave him the gems for his services and said, "You do fine work. We could use someone like you."

A few months later CeruleanCadaver was fully moved into the castle's cellar and working on new projects and he soon met a bubbly Ridgeback that stole his heart.
