Heavy work in progress... Might change this to a different character, but I want to write the scene before I forget lol

A voice clicked out from the darkness, a perfect tone in perfect pitch. The sound was almost mechanical in nature, a slight ring around its edges like it was spoken through hollow teeth.

"Aberration. Noun. The fact or an instance of deviating or being aberrant especially from a moral standard or normal state."

Another voice sounded off, this one having a slight rasping quality like something was stuck deep in its throat or it was recovering from a long drawn out cough. Despite this, it too spoke with an almost oo perfect inflection.

"Alternatively: Something or someone regarded as atypical and therefore able to be ignored or discounted."

The first voice spoke again. "Alternatively: Unsoundness or disorder of the mind."

"Alternatively: A small periodic change of apparent position in celestial bodies due to the combined effect of the motion of light and the motion of the observer

"Alternatively: An aberrant individual."

As the first voice finished speaking, the dragon crept from the darkness to reveal its hideous form. Aberration indeed.
