As the eldest of the Solstice twins, one would expect Metelau to be the more protective, or aggresive of the pair. Unfortunately, he is neither - leaving his sister to do the dirty work, Metelau spends his days foraging about for food, his more metallic hide keeping him safe from the snacks that nip back ,and anything that might see a baby dragon as a nice meal - not that he's all that worried about that, with Euraidd hissing and spitting at anything that gets too close.

He, like his namesake, has taken on a much more protective form, hide as tough as it looks, if not more than. He relies on it to stay safe when his sister is absent - "Metal is one of the toughest things in this world, Euraidd - I dont know why you admire the sun so, when you could be tough like me," He turns his nose up at the flamoyancy, looking down with disdain.
