Hypnos is a handsome celestial dragon, he resides in the Observatory located in the rightwing of the Library. Just like everything about the Library, the Observatory is large and spacious, it stretches up with beautiful high ceilings and is decorated immaculately. Hypnos is very proud having set up and decorated most of the Observatory himself save for a bit of help from the Abberations of the clan. This is Birdies hoard if we get technical about it so they have approved and assisted in a lot of what Hypnos was able to accomplish here. He is infinitely grateful for all their help. ooooo
