prince of the shore

Ruler of the Fairshore & nebulously-irresponsible-brother to Ikra. When his sister Kama journeyed inland to marry a king, Andras ate a scroll in order to follow her, transforming himself from undertide to veilspun. Years after her and her families deaths, he dreams of revenge against the usurpers. (Andras has not yet figured out how to breathe underwater, and rules the Shore from floating pieces of rock).
