NightFog

Night Fog, the patriarch.
Night fog is a proud, at times a bit vicious dragon. He isn’t evil by any means, but he isn’t exactly good hearted either. In his mind, only the strong or the clever survive, the kind, the generous and the meek have no place in his clan, child of his or not. He found the perfect companion to suit his mentality.

Alas Night’s thirst for power and disloyalty to the light weaver led him to develop a terrible condition. At heart, the dragon still recognized himself as a child of the putrid mother, gifting her lands corpses and offerings, while he had promised the light goddess his entire and ultimate devotion- dragons who take a habit of shifting between clans are bond to be distrusted by the gods. When the light weaver discovered this, she cursed the patriarch to an eternity of suffering, by afflicting him with an evil of her own concoction: the Light Plague. Never can he touch others for too long, or else like an imperial, he will be merged with them. Never can he sleep because even when his eyes are closed all he can see is a blinding light, and never can he see either. The golden pustules on his scales, the pulsing and glowing mushrooms are of such hideousness that he hides under a pelt, to also shield himself from the touch of others.

For someone who secretly revered the god of the plague, he doesn’t seem to enjoy being plague ridden himself.
