Xray

You know how space is. Constantly expanding, constantly there. Even when it seems like it’s not. Hidden by blue skies and fluffy white clouds, even then, space is hidden by what people tell you.
Even space likes to hide things. In fact, it’s an expert at hide and seek.Literal moths to literal giant balls of flames, Xray flutters about, hiding from spaceships that zoom by- they would never find their hiding spot! They never will. Because they look beyond when truth lies so close.
Xray will continue to play hide and seek behind stars, maybe one day someone will find them. Maybe someday they will, and oh, how much joy they will feel! Then they get to find you, and then back and forth. And maybe when you both get tired, Xray will take you on a picnic near the Milky Way, or maybe you guys can chase shooting stars.
The goodbye when you must return to gravity’s arms, will only last for a brief moment. Because, oh, how you’ve found a friend in the hidden crevices of space. Oh how you have a friend, so gentle, fluffy, and loving.
Because, they’ll find you again.
