At the beginning of the clan's rule Queen Rosel would sometimes offer a willing princess of her own for a princess or prince from another's clan in hope of peace. Katara was one of few princesses that willing joined the Twisted Vines Kingdom soon after taking the hand of Aqua, one of the twins princes.
During the day, and sometimes night, Pocio and Katara will wait for others to enter the gates to greet them kindly and answer any questions. They ever so love when dragons come by to say hello~

~Enter The City~
Coming upon The Twisted Vines Kingdom the first thing you might notice is the large pale rock wall surrounding the castle and many living huts. A large gate guarded by two burley looking dragons was also being watched over by a lovely white and blue spiral brandishing a loving smile.
This dragon flutters up to you, "Hello," a calm peppy voice slipped from her muzzle, "I am Katara. The greeter for this area. Welcome to our kingdom! May you find your way well."
She somewhat bowed. Rising again, she blinked before asking, "Why have you come here today? How may I help?"
