Noikyla was saved from the auction house just like many of the other Estuary dragons; she was one of the first to gather in the world edge wetlands with Abalone, the first in the clan to evolve into what has been named an Estuary dragon. Breeding with him created clutches of intriguing hatchlings with a line of genes not found in Sornieth before.
Each of their children came out with pulsating energetic waves over their skin and could connect to any flow state with great ease.
The genetic makeup of the Estuary subspecies began to build itself here, and over time it grew and evolved to accept different dragons whos genes pushed the boundaries on what an Estuary dragon could be.

The most obviously connective thing they all must share is the primary gene Tide.
Primary Gene: Tide

The secondary genes established between Noikyla and Ablone were Shimmer and Bee
Secondary Gene: Shimmer Secondary Gene: Bee

The tertiary genes they share Gembond and Opal
Tertiary Gene: Gembond Tertiary Gene: Opal

These genetics became the base makeup of the Estuary dragons.

As the dragons gather and accept other newcomers into their ranks, the Estuary subspecies continues to accept new dragons with genetics that push the boundaries of who and what is to be considered an Estuary.

as of 8/20/23 the only other secondary gene that has been accepted is Alloy

Secondary Gene: Alloy

The other tertiary genes in order of their acceptance are Stained, Thylacine, Veined, Soap, Koi, and Flecks

Tertiary Gene: Stained Tertiary Gene: Thylacine Tertiary Gene: Veined Tertiary Gene: Soap Tertiary Gene: Koi Tertiary Gene: Flecks
