Born of earth and lost without a calling withing the vast lands Sornieth. Vasudhara was always alone. His mind often lacked the energy and focus; how he survived his days as a young hatchling nocturne, few could ever imagine. Even now, Vasudhara's memories in regards to his early life are shrouded with hazy fog, unclear and obscured from his mind. All he can truly recall in those early days were the distant whispers of the earth and stone.

The day he awoke from his waking slumber, he found himself before a clear-eyed sandsurge with wings so bright, they almost seemed to be breaking free from their body colored oh so dull. They smelled of smoke and embers and their gaze filled him with a newfound thirst for life that he had never known.

When they reached out a claw to him, he accepted without a word shared between them. He didn't notice until much later that his own appearance and breed mirrored the wyrm before him, nor did he care that he didn't know their name. All that mattered was that he would have a lifetime to learn more, hidden away within the depths of the earth and sea.
