According to theory, hit them here. A shooting star... Cassa is helping to tend to those afflicted with Arcane maladies, as her studies have included a thorough grounding in basic medicine and the clan is certainly in no shape to raid right now. * Cassa is intrigued by news of these new Ancients, and has been querying Tarandrus's guest and Nightforest's prisoner—though she finds their battle tactics utterly mystifying. * Cassa has been enjoying Greenskeeper Gathering, around the extra shifts she's picking up on the border patrol. |

A nocturne's curse is to mimic what is before them, even if it leads them to ruin. Cassa has a novel solution: rather than allow her circumstances to dictate how she acts, she will gather together every resource she can on great dragons from history: ballads of banescale conquerors, mirror warlords, spiral confidence artists, all those who came from nothing and built empires. Her Plague heritage drives her toward the military in this, though she tries not to pass up a good example from any source. Thus loaded with the example of the greatest strategists of history, Cassa has set herself up as the coordinator of raids against other Flights to test the theory in reality. She also takes turns on the border patrol, where she can test her own strength without outside influence. Still young, Cassa tries to limit her living influences by keeping to herself. She is closest with night patrol dragons Slip and Zaluzianskya, who are often her subjects for experimenting with strategies. Craft As yet, Cassa has no real craft of her own. Her greatest talents are in imitating her sources—making ballads out of recent events in the style of ancient Banescale songs, or imitating the woven tapestries of a tundra historian. Physical description Cassa is a long, whip-thin nocturne with gull-like wings. She is adept in the air and passable on the ground and has a workman-like grasp of swimming. Most of her techniques are evolved from book-learning, which gives her a peculiarly "on form" method of doing anything from hiking to attack dives. She has an oddly metallic scent for a Plague dragon, more like blood than rot. Combat A balanced fighter, Cassa fights with a blend of strength and speed fairly typical of Cindercone Clan. She takes particular interest in the state of her allies—usually Slip and Zaluzianskya—making certain they're healthy, buffed, and ready for the next round. With her mind ten steps ahead, Cassa is sometimes tripped up by forgetting what's right in front of her |

Cassa adopted this vulstal after learning from Kaichi that a great talanok warrior once kept one instead of a foo, and that he had a kit in need of a partner. Loyal and curious, the crystalline fox follows her everywhere that stealth is not required.
