Biography
they/them/it (depending on whether you consider them a being, or not)
was supposed to be gneuhgneuh's clone but things turned out a bit more complicated
lonely scientists who were gneuhgneuh fanatics were waiting for him to come back to the Land to celebrate the new year with them. however, he had an important business meeting so he didn't come back to celebrate.
the scientists, devastated, thought that making a clone of him but only for the new year, right, would be a great idea.
a fantastic idea indeed
the clone looked nothing like gneuhgneuh. -to them, at least, but if you squint a little....-
they panicked and decided to throw out the poor experiment out of the kingdom.
it now roams around the Land, frightening everyone that looks at it. -it doesn't understand why, though. it didn't do anything wrong.-
only the courageous ones dared to adress it. surprisingly, it was almost kind. it couldn't speak, only gurgling noises came out of its throat, but its eyes were soft, and it managed to speak through them.
it doesn't eat or sleep, it is fueled by the liquid that keep coming out of it. in fact, this black substance is its being: if you squish its arm, you won't feel flesh or muscle, but it would feel like you had covered your arm with slime. it will die as the last drop of the liquid evaporates.
as it wanders around the Land's boarders, it picks up all the items it finds, because it has nothing else to do.
with its dripping eyes, it manages to communicate with the traveler that encounter it. it likes to trade the found items with them, often being scammed, but it doesn't care about that, as it doesn't understand what is valuable and what is not.
some people noticed that it seemed kinder, and more generous around women. surely a remnant of gneuhgneuh's chevalry.
