The Bordering Lands | Clan Lore

• A priest of lightweaver whose focus is on funerary rights, he makes sure the deceased are given the proper send off.

• Bastien keeps to himself outside of the city, only entering when called upon. His job is coroner, but he mostly keeps the cemetery (which is outside of the Auraetum's walls) well looked after and keeps bandits or other ill meaning venturers from desecrating gravesites.

• He is officially considered a resident of the city, but the ties are loose. He often buries bodies (or hides them) for outsiders, including the Adric sect.

• While he may seem crass when talking about the deceased, he does show genuine care when it comes to his work... This does not extend to the living, who he will often ignore or talk over in conversation.
