Someone has to whip greenhorn warriors and rogues into shape, and Ardaga is the one who's responsible for it. Though she's said to be more forgiving of mistakes than her mate, she's no less of a taskmaster for it. You'll easily find a pack adolescents running around in the training fields with her at their head, barking instructions and advice.

Among the adults of the clan, however, she takes more of a peacemaking role, making sure none of them are overexerting themselves - a role she takes with utmost seriousness, after the scare of her mate's collapse - or stirring up any bad blood. With a sharp tongue and an even sharper sense of humor, she's easily able to defuse tense situations with a light joke or five. "Better prides broken than bones," she says.
