A member of the clan's night watch.

Shining like moonlight
He's a protective and welcoming dragon, and takes his job seriously.
He was probably born in the Charged Barrens, so consider that in his background; the Charged Barrens are basically middle-of-nowhere sand dunes that are charged with dangerous electricity, where only really crafty nomads tend to live. In which case he likely has good survival instincts, aside from those honed in his guard work, and maybe has a few habits he's carried over from his previously dangerous home, such as telling others to "Watch your step!" during partings as a means to say "Steer clear of those electrical currents". Since he works at night anyway, "watch your step" isn't a totally random cautioning.

Some of the others probably call him Lampy, and his closest friends use Pyre.
