Role Description
In a city as big and as regulated as Hollowwell tends to be, a certain level of coordination is needed for illegal activities to function successfully and Ichorskull is at the top of it. Few things get by without her approval and even fewer go unnoticed. Sure, a few illegal exchanges may occur without her explicit approval but anything big simply doesn't happen without her being in on it. And if it does? Well, Ichorskull has more than few dragons happy to rectify that.
Ichorskull is mainly in charge of criminal underground, what she's simply called The Guild to remain inconspicuous, a secret. Or well, an open secret to all but those that would put an end to it. She has connections everywhere and many strings she can pull if someone even thinks to try and get rid of The Guild. Her biggest achievements have been uniting most of Hollowwell's underground activities into The Guild and brokering a deal with the City Guard to turn a blind eye to some of The Guild's activities.
