Some non-aberrations find SugarnSpice's sharp tongue abrasive and offputting on meeting them. Though Aberrations, or those highly familiar with them, are better equipped to read their usually relaxed body-language.
While Spice, the chatty supportive head, can be hit and miss with his first impressions, Sugar is generally serene and content.

Although most days Spice is happy to wag a cheeky tongue, every once in a while the two heads switch roles. When this happens dragons encounter a soft-spoken and well-read aberration, who may engage in practical jokes.

SugarnSpice befriended Aelwyd when Sugar and the Banescale discovered their shared love for creating things, and when Aelwyd was unphased by Spice's sardonic humour.
Over time they found their perspective on dragon society was not so different. An Ancient reawoken to a very different Sornieth, and another seeing a world which could have difficulty accommodating them.

SugarnSpice run a deli at Churnscar Wharf, which Aelwyd regularly travels to in order to sell his forgework and meet with friends such as the Aberration.
