Patches is a warrior of the clan and spends most his time with Shiro. Patches only friend he has in the clan is Shiro because he feels like he doesn't fit in anywhere. He doesn't like when dragons look at him because he looks different. Every now and then his felt made skin will be ripped and have to be stitched back up by the medic, Seafoam.

Patches is normally very quiet and awkward around other dragons but shows his true self to his brother, Scarecrow, and bestfriend, Shiro. When you get to know him, he can be very sweet and cares very much about the dragons he loves. He has a little hedgehog that started following him around. He named him Prickle and Patches thinks Prickle knows he's different from everyone and thats why he likes him so much.

Patches was made by Rune. He was supposed to be like his brother, Scarecrow, and became a complete fail. Rune decided he didn't want Patches anymore and dropped him off in the clan he's in now. Coral felt terrible for him and lets Patches stay in the nursery with her because he feels like the other dragons don't like him. Rumor says that Rune had killed a female dragon thinking it was a male. He used its organs to create Patches. He can never have dragonets of his own because he doesn't have all the dragon organs. His organs were taken by a bird and thats why Rune made them to scare off birds because they can easily swoop in and take anything. Patches is normally snuck out of camp with Jenx and Darkriver, since they are always sneaking off to places anyway so he can go and see his brother. Before he'd been dropped off, Rune had made him a small Tinder Toy named Stick so he had a friend. Patches misses being in the same camp with his brother.
