Biography

The bringer of light, Luxanna took her place on the Bazaar council at a young age. She was born to a noble family, and became swiftly reknowned in the area for her light magic, far beyond the other mages in her age bracket. After an... unfortunate accident in which an elemental outburst set free a prisoner from the dungeons of the Hewn City, she was sent off to find the Clan Killingsword. A clan on the border of Shadow and Plague territories, it was known to harbor some of the most well trained and powerful mages on the continent, who had otherwise been shunned from society. Yet when she arrived, she found nothing but a deserted wasteland where the clan had once been. Trees barren and shop stalls hastily removed, the former location was utterly devestated. The clan was gone. Ever the optimist, however, Luxanna forged on. She questioned others in the area and managed to find out where the missing clan had gone. Moved to the Collonades of Antiquity after a successful coup of their former leader. So her journey continued, and she made her way to a new landscape. Upon her arrival she was welcomed with open wings, and she quickly rose through the ranks. Her bright attitude and even brighter magic quickly landed her a spot on the council, taking the place of Moon's daughter MohMoh, who had become incapactitated with near-constant visions that rendered her essentially bedridden. Luxanna brings a sense of light and justice to the council, but her naive nature is not to be forgotten. There is still one, who lurks just beyond the Bazaar walls who she sneaks out on moonlit nights to see. One she knows has the worst of intentions, yet she still believes has a pure heart beneath all the murderous turmoil. One she herself freed from the prisons of the Hewn City, heralding her exile. Yes, even the brightest lights cast a shadow, and Sylas is Luxanna's.
