Born into Crescent in its Ice Era.

 Eldest of two adoptive sons of Xeordag Coppercrest, Crescent's treasured archivist and hoarder of information.

Grivan is as passionate as his father, but never took an interest in lore or history.

Wears a pendant around his neck.

Wears well-made, rather fancy clothes of dark red and grey, edged in gold, with thick boots, In combat uses dark studded leather, and a well-made Falcata of blue-grey steel and its pommel and grip of silver, and is uses a mix of elegant and quick movements, and wicked hacks and chops with his weapon, as well as using the power of his blood to curse enemies and set his blade glowing.

Inquisitive and proud, always seeking knowledge and wishes to learn all he can, and takes after his father quite a lot, especially on their love of knowledge and scholarly pursuits (and has a deep knowledge, and a bit of an unconscious mimicry, of his father’s social niceties and regal bearing).
