History
He came from a large empire of dragons and a far east country, not well known by the other clan members. Raven came from a low class of dragons, lowest of low. He grew up poor and would have to scavenge for scraps to keep himself fed. As he got into his adolescent years he started pick-pocketing and stealing any valuables he think he could sell, this is when his fascination for trinkets began. He began setting up a sort of stall around the city, selling and trading his trinkets for new ones, attempting to scam others in the process. His collecting start to become more of an obsession as time went on. A god of wealth and trickery decided to take advantage of this weakness and tricked Raven into a deal.. He could have any sort of shiny trinkets he could ever dream of but in return he has to trick others into signing a contract to give up parts of their soul. Raven thought this was a fair deal, he makes people sig stuff all the time for records of his sales. But little did he know is that he gave the God his soul as well and is now forever under the control of the God. Until the Great Awakening.. he was temporarily freed from the God as chaos spread across the lands. A few years after the event he ran into his now clan and Houhia used her powers to break the bond between him and the God.
Personality
Raven comes off as quite myserteous and likes to stay that way. He won't admit it but he's quite selfish at times and puts himself before others. If you can get to know him well enough you can discover his hurt and why he puts his walls up to others. He hates being perceived as venerable and will manipulate a conversation if it strays too close to his own thoughts and feelings. Raven claims to hate being in groups of other dragons but actually finds security and a sense of self-worth.-- Likes // Trinkets, anything shiny, traveling, scamming people -- Dislikes // Gods, rain, being settled in one area for too long |
Relationships
Corpse
Corpse was originally his captor until he joined the clan. Raven does know what drew him to this god of death but he could not deny he had feelings for him. After time he slowly softened his heart and the two became mates. They received a child as a gift from another goddess and raised it as their own.
