thrombosis challenged omen to a deathmatch for leadership of his newly formed clan, arrogantly assuming the mage was no match for him. thrombosis was sorely humbled, and omen instead chose to spare his life, impressed by his skill in battle.

now, thrombosis is the leader of the clan guard. a skilled and savage fighter, omen would trust no one else to train the clan's defenders. thrombosis holds a deep respect for the black dragon, even if he is a mage.
