A secret in the trees...
Which was Quail's to keep.
A family secret, told by her mother to Quail. The secret... she could only tell to her children.
But Quail didn't want children.
Who to tell it to, then? Keep the secret safe. Nobody? Adopted children? She didn't need to tell. Her two sisters would definitely get children, and tell them.
But she thought she should, anyway. So she met with her best friend, Breeze.
Told her the secret.
It isn't much of a secret. It's big in Quail's family. She feels she can trust whoever is reading this.
There's a tribe of a creature not seen in Sorneith. Barely seen at all. Scratch that, not seen. They're hidden. But Quail knows where to find them.
Lemurs.
A tribe of lemurs hidden in the Behemoth.
And they live in a tiny village, the location only known to Quail. And now Breeze.
Quail once visited the lemurs. They want friends. And so Quail gets them friends. Dragon friends.
