Glazed Mammophant Mask Novah
The Manipulative ◉ The Slothful ◉ The Spoiled
"Novah, darling, don't you think it's time you found...a calling...?" This was a question that came around every month or so. She's prepared to respond, though at this point it's become a nuisance. Her crest fell flat with a whining hum. She turned to her mother, but not before a sorrowful expression of hurt.

"B-But Mother!" She cried, "I am too weak to do as the average! Have you forgotten?" The concerned look of her mother quickly changed to hurt and guilt...though this time it was only brief.

"D-Darling," her mother spoke with a deep breath, "I've grown wise towards your trickery. Just the other day I saw you fly about with your friends by the Wind Territory." Novah quickly turned to dread and shock, but instead of guilt she turned elsewhere...

"You followed me?" Novah quickly questioned.

"Now, now! Don't derail this!" Her mother quickly reigned Novah back in before she could wriggle her way out. In fact, the question only seemed to steel the parent's resolve. "You're too old to be staying with your mother...it's time you went about and found your own way!"

Slinky Band Novah barely had any color to her feathers when she was born. Sickly and weak, she needed plenty of medical attention in order to survive the first month. After that, however, she flourished. Her colors came to be and she made a complete recovery. For the longest time, however, Novah spun her luck on her parents. She stayed with them for far longer than any dragon and leeched off of their money, guilting them with her "weakness" in order to be allowed to stay. Despite the wealth of her mother, the parent saw it fit to send Novah out on her own to make a living.
