There is no dragon in the world that holds Mira's heart effortlessly the same way Emma does. The Obelisk is hopelessly in love with the gentle dragon, admiring everything about her - from her beautiful appearance, elegant movements to her sharp mind and intelligence. Even until now, Mira finds her heart melting into a warm puddle every time her girlfriend cuddles her or whispers to her lovingly. She has vowed to protect the Skydancer with her strength, and enjoys every single moment spent with her.

Jubilee
Best Friend
The loud and flamboyant Banescale is Mira's best friend, one that has stuck by her side through the hardest times. The two have each other's unconditional loyalty and genuinely enjoy being around each other, their chatty and amiable natures easily providing them mutual conversation topics. Mira frequently attends Jubilee's shows with her girlfriend, something that they appreciate to no end. Jubilee is also immediately supportive of his friend's relationship with Emma, and enjoys teasing Mira about it sometimes.

Mira doesn't know Tama as well as Emma does, but has worked alongside him during times of crisis. She trusts Emma's judgement regardless, but the Veilspun has proven himself to be a trustable ally and pleasant company. The two do not have any notable relationship, though Mira hopes the best for Tama and wishes he wouldn't be so hard on himself as Emma often describes. Tama is fully supportive of her relationship with Emma, and was one of the first dragons to encourage the Skydancer to make her move on Mira.

The intuitive Pearlcatcher was Mira's ally in clearing her name, and for that the Obelisk is immensely grateful to her. Symphony's quick wit reminded her a little of Emma's own, but her sharp tongue and sarcastic nature made her personality distinct. Mira trusts her to have their back in times of need, and finds her relationship with Volare to be rather endearing given that the two seem to argue often.

Volare
Ally
Mira doesn't have much of a relationship with the other Obelisk, although the two have spoken to each other quite a few times while they worked on proving Mira's innocence. She is thankful for Volare's help and views her as a reliable ally, despite the brown dragon's tendencies to say whatever was on her mind. Mira can't help but notice the stark contrast between Volare and her wife, but at the same time finds their affectionate banter to be heartwarming.

Acquaintance
Aria is Emma's best friend, and Mira could see how much she meant to the Skydancer. The two remind her of her own relationship with Jubilee, except that Aria is around much more frequently to invite Emma over to hang out. Mira was initially skeptical of the Obelisk and worried about her reaction upon finding out that she was dating her best friend, only to be surprised that Aria had been supportive of Emma all along. She joins her girlfriend nowadays when she pays her a visit, hoping that they can develop a closer friendship in light of Mira's unlikely bond with Aria's own partner.

Despite the controversy surrounding the Wildclaw when she first arrived at the clan, Mira greeted her with a friendly manner out of empathy for her situation and indirectly earned Cadence's liking, even if all she intended to do at first was use her as a source of information. Even after the truth was revealed about her motivations, Mira was quick to accept her apologies, surprising Cadence with her kindness. She remains friends with the spy to this day, aware that she has played a part in her relationship with Aria and feeling happy for her that she has found love.

Like many others of her kind, Mira was born without an existing culture to call home. Besides having a name that followed the tradition of positive symbolism in the earliest generation of Obelisks, she wasn’t a special dragon by any means, and it was unclear at first what she was truly destined for.

Mira was naturally an enthusiastic helper, fueled by her kind nature and desire to please in general. She was not adept at channeling arcane magic, but her elemental powers were frequently used alongside her great physical strength, allowing her to manipulate and throw multiple objects at once - a tactic used to her clan’s advantage whenever a defense was needed.

However, outside of combat, Mira’s generally absent-minded and clumsy tendencies did not appeal to many of her old clanmates - she means well, constantly apologizing and trying her hardest not to accidentally hurt anyone with her strength - but other dragons tend to get annoyed at the fact that she often breaks things by mistake. Many smaller dragons also seemed to be scared of her for this exact reason, afraid that she’ll crush them with her massive frame, which disheartened Mira who was naturally friendly and affectionate.

It almost came as no surprise that her entire clan was ready to immediately cast the blame on the Obelisk when part of the clan’s territory was left in ruins with several broken pillars, with a few minor injuries caused. Every sign pointed to Mira being responsible, from the way the accident happened and the severity of the damage caused. However, no one was willing to believe that the clumsy dragon was indeed innocent, which was the truth.

Unable to clear her name due to a lack of witnesses aside from Jubilee, a friend who was with her at the time but not part of their clan, the leaders threatened Mira with exile if she could not prove her innocence, with many others agreeing simultaneously that her unintentionally destructive nature was better off gone. The Obelisk was very upset, but at the same time was at a loss of what to do to prevent her inevitable fate.

Mira’s rescuer came in the form of a pastel Skydancer who shared her element and colors - a scholar traveling from the Sunbeam Ruins named Emma. It was the quiet-footed dragon who found the poor Obelisk crying alone near a river and promised to help uncover the truth - with some help from a few allies she met on the road. As they worked together to expose the culprit who framed Mira, Emma kept her company and the two formed a fast friendship, with subtle, deeper feelings growing on Mira’s side.

When the situation was resolved thanks to Emma’s logical reasoning and their friends’ assistance, Mira’s name was cleared and all was well - except it meant that the Skydancer, her only true companion this whole time, was leaving her for possibly forever. The smaller dragon picked up on her reluctance to say goodbye, and invited her to come along with a smile since her old clan never appreciated her much anyway. The Obelisk agreed happily, at the same time realizing that she had fallen in love.

Things were not immediately peaceful when they arrived at Emma’s home - the Clan Of Starchasers were fending off some rogue attackers that struck in the aftermath of an Emperor attack, on the lands laid to waste by magical energy. In the chaos, the Skydancer took a hit to protect a friend - an elemental attack that knocked her unconscious, much to Mira’s horror and despair. The Obelisk, fueled by anger and determination, assisted her new clanmates in battling the last of the threats, successfully preventing anyone else from falling victim to the vicious spells cast by their opponents.

Mira stayed by the injured dragon’s side until she woke up, finally feeling her worries dissipate when Emma blinked open her pink eyes again. Despite finding it hard to contain her overflowing affection for the Skydancer, she made sure to be extra careful and gentle while hugging her or helping her move around when she recovered. It delighted Mira to no end when she noticed Emma returning the affectionate gestures more frequently, but she was oblivious to the fact that her feelings were reciprocated.

When Emma had fully healed from her injuries and was able to walk and fly on her own again, she formally welcomed Mira into the clan, alongside everyone else, and surprised the flustered Obelisk with a kiss. To say that she absolutely melted on the spot would be an understatement - every other dragon who witnessed it let out matching “aww”s as Mira returned the gesture with a blushing face.

Finally accepted by a clan who knew how to put her abilities to good use instead of shunning her for her traits, Mira is happy to settle down with Emma by her side, continuing to enthusiastically assist anyone in need. When she isn’t busy helping other dragons with their endeavors, however, the Obelisk can frequently be seen cuddling with her girlfriend under her wing, reading together while showering each other in affection.
