• Fiammetta left the Windswept Plateau when she was young as her services as a metalsmith were not needed in her old home. While flying through the Ashfall Waste, she encountered an Imperial whose weapons were damaged in a scuffle she did not see. When offering to fix her equipment, the rather peculiar Imperial stared her down, uttering: "Cast aside your old life, for you walk the path the Flamecaller has laid out for you."
• Brought before Sunburst, she was tasked with her previous offer of repairing the damaged weapons. Realizing her potential as a metalsmith, the powerful Bogsneak offered her a place in his clan, as they could never have too many.
